Crafting the vision
I’m so grateful you’re here…
Years ago, as a wide-eyed university student, I was inspired by a simple idea: what if students, regardless of denomination, tribe, language, or background could come together before the day began to study God’s Word and pray?
With that vision in mind, I started a prayer group in my hall of residence. Each morning, before lectures and responsibilities called us away, we gathered with sleepy eyes but expectant hearts. Together, we shared brief Bible studies, encouraged one another, and lifted our voices in prayer. Those early-morning meetings became one of the most meaningful parts of my university experience. Although the group lasted for only one academic session before ministry commitments and campus fellowships led us in different directions, the impact of those moments has remained with me ever since.
Years later, after marriage, I found myself beginning again, his time with a group of women in my neighbourhood. Once more, women from different church backgrounds came together before sunrise to seek God. We shared laughter and tears, victories and challenges, praying fervently for our families, our futures, and one another. Through every season of ministry and leadership that followed, I carried with me that same passion for prayer, fellowship, and spiritual growth.
Then life brought me to the United Kingdom.
Here, I have been blessed with a wonderful church family that I deeply love and appreciate. Yet there remained a longing in my heart for something more—an interdenominational community where Christ’s love is the common bond; a place where women of every race, culture, and background can grow together, support one another, and flourish in their God-given purpose.
One morning, while reflecting on Psalm 144:12, a verse I often pray over young women, something stirred deeply within me:
“May our daughters be like pillars, carved to adorn a palace.”
In that moment, I saw a beautiful picture of Christian womanhood. I saw women as pillars, strong, purposeful, and essential to the structure of God’s Kingdom. Women shaped by God’s hand, refined by His grace, and positioned to bring beauty, strength, and stability wherever He places them.
That revelation ignited the vision for Beautiful Pillars International Ministries.
I envision a community without walls or boundaries, founded upon Christ, our Chief Cornerstone. A place where women are celebrated not only for their beauty but for their purpose, influence, resilience, and faith. A place where every story matters, every voice is heard, and every woman is empowered to become all God has called her to be.
If you have ever longed for a sisterhood defined by unity rather than division, where faith transcends labels and every woman is valued, seen, and loved, then welcome.
This is our gathering place.

Our mission is to inspire, equip, and empower women to grow spiritually, live purposefully, and make a lasting impact in their families, communities, and spheres of influence.

Getting to Know Pastor Gladness
Welcome! I’m Pastor Gladness, and I am delighted that you’re here.
My life’s journey has taught me one powerful truth: God’s grace is greater than every challenge we face, and His plans for us are always good.
Like many women, I have walked through seasons of joy and seasons of heartbreak. I have experienced triumphs and disappointments, answered prayers and long waits. Through marriage, loss, restoration, career transitions, and personal challenges, one thing has remained constant, God’s faithfulness.
My passion is to encourage women to discover their identity in Christ, embrace their God-given purpose, and flourish in every area of life. I believe that no matter your past, your present circumstances, or the obstacles before you, God is able to transform your story into a testimony of His goodness and grace.
As the Founder of Beautiful Pillars International Ministries, my vision is to build a community where women from every background can grow spiritually, find authentic connection, and be empowered to become all that God has called them to be. Together, we learn, pray, support one another, and pursue lives of faith, purpose, and impact.
Beyond ministry, I am a lover of laughter, meaningful conversations, travel, new cultures, beautiful experiences, and genuine friendships. I celebrate the beauty and strength that God has placed within every woman and believe we are all fearfully and wonderfully made.
